Shreveport Auto Repair

They are fantastic! My alternator went out on my old Ford truck. They were extremely busy, but knew I needed it for moving, so they got it back to me in just a few hours. Thank y’all so much!

As my 2001 Crown Victoria was in their possession since Monday getting a/c work performed on my vehicle my passenger windows was left down unattended to at 9:15 after hours with rain flooding my interior with no call to myself to see how to get it up but bays full of cars . So I will not be referring any clients to this business as they expect payment on time wow so if this is what you call care then I reject it to the fullest . I work too hard to be treated with these conditions as a paying customer so no this is unacceptable to me and plus it's supposed to rain all week wow no I pass on futher business with this shop.

Called to ask a question and was very rude!
